Project Overview: Styropek wanted to improve customer service by developing a mobile app that offered seamless access to technical support for their customers, enabling them to contact technicians easily even when traveling. Solution: Ulfix developed a mobile app for iOS and Android with integrations for WhatsApp (for chat), Zoom (for videoconferencing), and smart glasses (for hands-free communication).
